A trippy, modern day fairytale follows the epic journey of the heroine, her pet unicorn Oliver and her three best friends, as they play mahjong online during the pandemic, while having no clue they’ve been targeted by the CIA.

The CIA is watching them. Every move they make, every word they say, every mahjong game they play! It’s Amy’s best friend Carrie, who is inadvertently responsible. She has no idea her husband’s actually a spy for Israel, now stranded in Malta, having an affair with another agent. All hell breaks loose when they’re almost killed in an assassination attempt. The Agency wants to know if Carrie and her best friends are somehow involved as well.

Floridians know disaster. They’ll pull together to endure a hurricane and its aftermath. But the Covid-19 pandemic is different. It’s all aftermath. When the daily anxiety of contracting the disease sets in, it colors everything for these women who make one bad decision after the next.
The average Floridian gained 29 extra pounds during the pandemic. As the mahjong trashers went from couch to kitchen back to the couch, they played online mahjong while munching on Doritos, mac and cheese, fries, pizza and ice cream and drank wine, beer and spirits until they became comatose. They were changed, inside and out.

from Dubai, in college where
they both majored in
international studies. Carrie
suspects her husband of having
an affair with his attractive
business associate Talia
Steinberg, but it’s way worse
than that.
Actually, Amir is a spy for
Israel and the very reason why
the CIA is tracking his every
move.
CARRIE
Unhappily married to Richard, a
physician, Vickie craves a better
relationship. Richard is in a gay
relationship with his office
manager, Vince.
Out of nowhere she finds Tony, a
24-year-old delivery guy from an
online grocery store and seduces
him and her life becomes much
more complicated. Nobody could
have suspected that Vickie would
fall in love with her new heart
throb.
VICKIE
Dr. Sylvie McTavin is Amy’s
therapist. She always had a
talent for getting around the
“system” but recently has run a
foul of the IRS when she didn’t
pay several years of back taxes.
She is being used by the CIA to
spy on Amy in exchange for a
pardon of her past criminal
activity
DR. SYLVIE McTAVIN
Peter Pan, a CIA operative, has
worked for the US intelligence
community for over 20 years.
He’s probably responsible
directly or indirectly for the
planning and execution of over
several hundred suspected
terrorists and foreign spies.
He’s been married to the same
woman for 30 years but has
been cheating on her as part of
his job. He’s charming and
handsome and women find him
irresistible. He’s coordinating
his efforts with Amy’s therapist
and the CIA.
PETER PAN
Born and bred in Dubai, Amir
is a Middle Eastern
businessman who obtained
American citizenship when he
married Carrie. He works for
Hassan Communications in
New Jersey. He was recruited
by the Israeli government
when he was an international
college student in the US.
His wife thinks he’s having an
affair while he’s in Malta, but
it’s much worse than that. He’s
actually a spy for Israel
uncovering an illegal arms
deal with Iran.
AMIR
Talia Steinberg has dual
citizenship with Israel and the
United States. She is married to
an Israeli captain in the army.
She speaks fluent English,
Hebrew and Arabic.
Her job at Hassan Electronics is
to head up sales in the Middle
East. She was recruited by
Mossad when she was in the
Israeli army. She is having an
affair with Amir and has been
after him for several years.
TALIA
Tony is a beach boy who grew
up in Miami. Little did he know
that one of his delivery
customers (Vickie) was going
to seduce him in her condo.
He likes Vickie and the way
her body moves in bed but is
embarrassed by the huge age
difference and her intense,
sexual appetite.
TONY
He’s Amy’s go-to pet
unicorn and confidante.
He used to hang out in
Wonderland with Alice,
the Mad Hatter and the
March Hare. The
Queen of Hearts
banished him forever
due to his bawdy
behavior, among other
things.
Somehow he found his way
to Miami and wound up in
the front window of a
Hallmark Card store. Jesse,
Amy’s late husband, fell in
love with him and brought
him home to Amy as a
birthday present. Jesse had
a loaded pistol sewn into
Oliver’s belly for safekeeping. Oliver likes
chocolate, vodka and
singing aloud.
